If you feel like your Swypex Card is compromised you can easily Lock it from your account.
A locked card cannot make any purchases or withdrawals.
Anyone can Lock their personal card but only Admins and owners can unlock any of the other cards
Locking your personal card.
Visit the Swypex dashboard and click on your personal view to open your card page. Here, you can click on the Lock icon.
A message will appear asking you to confirm your decision. Remember: Only the Owner or Admins can unlock cards.
After confirming your decision your card will now be Locked!
It will remain in a Locked state until your Owner or Admin Unlock your card.
If your card is lost or stolen then you should also Replace your card.
Unlocking Cards.
Admins can visit their Cards page and see all the cards that are Locked.
Click on the card you want to Unlock and in the Card Details sidebar you will find the Unlock icon.
