Learn how to replace your Swypex Card

If your Swypex Card is damaged, lost, or stolen you can easily replace it.

You do not have to change the limit on your card before you replace it.

Visit the card widget on your "Dashboard" and press on " Personal View " then click the Replace icon located below your card.

A message will appear asking you to confirm your request. Please note that your current Swypex Card will no longer work, you will not be able to make card payments and you will not be able to receive payments on your card. You will also be notified of the Card Replacement Fee.

You have submitted a replacement card request. Get in touch with our support to schedule delivery

If your card is lost or stolen report it immediately to [email protected]
