You can easily connect your Swypex account to Claude and ask about your company’s spend, cards and invoices in plain language. Claude answers from your live Swypex data, and you can update card limits from the same conversation.
Note: Claude only shows what your Swypex role already allows you to see. If you can only view your own department in Swypex, you will see only that in Claude.
Before you start
You will need your Swypex login and a Claude account. Claude’s free plan supports one custom connector; a paid plan isn’t required.
Set up the connection on the Claude web or desktop app. Once connected, it also works in the Claude mobile app.
Connect Swypex to Claude
1. Open Settings
In the Claude web or desktop app, click Customize in the left sidebar, then select Connectors.
2. Add Swypex
If Swypex appears under Browse connectors, select it, click Connect, and skip to step 4.
If not, click Add in the top-right corner and choose Add custom connector.
3. Enter the name and URL

Keep Individual sign-in switched on so that each team member signs in with their own Swypex account. Click Add.
4. Sign in with Swypex
Claude opens the Swypex login page in your browser. Log in with your Swypex details and approve access. When you return to Claude, Swypex appears in your Connectors list with a checkmark.
If you ever see Reconnect, click it and sign in again.
5. Use it in a conversation
Start a new chat, click the tools icon in the message box and make sure Swypex is switched on. Then ask your question.

- Why are our expenses so high this month?
- How much has each department spent this month compared to last month?
- Show me this month’s revenue by product.
- Which cards are close to their monthly limit?
- Which suppliers did we pay the most last quarter?
- How much cash did the team withdraw last month?
You can ask in English or Arabic.
What Claude can and cannot do with Swypex
Claude can:
- View your spend, cards and invoices, within your Swypex permissions
- Create charts and summaries from that data
- Update card limits. Claude will ask you to confirm before making the change
Claude cannot:
- Move money
- Approve or reject expenses
- View anything your Swypex role does not already allow you to see
Security
Connecting uses OAuth, so Claude never sees your Swypex password. You sign in on the Swypex page in your own browser, and you can remove access at any time by deleting the connector from your Connectors list. https://p.swypex.com/mcp is operated by Swypex.
