A "Mashreq Bank" employee will arrange a meeting with you to provide you with the Know Your Business (KYB) form and assist you in completing and signing it. Once the form is completed, they will give you your Swypex card. You can activate the card once you've filled out the form. Additionally, a Swypex employee will be available during the meeting to guide you through using the application and address any questions you may have about the product.
