How to approve or reject an expense?

Learn how Owners and Approvers are able to Accept or Reject expenses submitted by Employees.

Owners and Expense Approvers can review submitted expenses and decide whether to Approve or Reject them in real-time.

Open the Cash Management page and select the Pending tab

You can see all of the submitted expenses that are pending approval.

You can click on any expense to view the Expense Details sidebar

If an expense is rejected it can be viewed in the Rejected tab

The person who submitted the expense will be notified that it has been rejected.

Approved expenses can be found on the Transactions page

The person who submitted the expense will be notified that it has been approved, and their Cash Balance will be updated.
