Record cash transfers between your business and employees with ease.

With Swypex Cash Management, you have the power to record internal cash transfers seamlessly. Whether it's allocating cash to employees for corporate spend or receiving the returned funds, our intuitive system simplifies the end-to-end process.


Only Owners & Approvers are able to record payments.

From Company to Person & From Person to Company

Open the Cash Management page and click Record Payment.


Begin by selecting the person to view their Cash Balance. Specify who the payment is to and from, then enter the amount and click Submit.

You can view all recorded payments in the Recorded tab

Cash Balances will be updated accordingly.

You will be notified if a payment is recorded to or from you. ( Notified when another user records a payment to or from you )
