Once you've placed your order for your card, you will receive a confirmation message with your selected delivery date and location.
On the morning of your delivery day, you will receive a SMS with your delivery time window. When our delivery team reaches your location they will call you on your registered phone number.
Please have your National ID available when receiving your card.
You will be required to sign a KYB document
After you receive your Swypex card, you can find the Activation Instructions inside the delivery package (located underneath the card).
Note: In order to provide Swypex customers with efficient and timely services, our delivery team is on a strict schedule. If they are unable to reach you within the allocated time, your order will be declared a Failed Delivery.
